We provide a one-year warranty for all our equipment. If the product has manufacturer defects or fails to function upon arrival, this warranty covers a maximum of two replacements within one year from the date you received your order.This warranty does not cover physical damage due to improper use or accidental damage to the product. We will only honor warranty claims from purchases made by DeGlam.com or its authorized dealers.Our warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, abuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or disassemble the unit (or its accessories) will void the warranty.
If you discover a defect, please notify DeGlam.com within the warranty period, DeGlam. will, at its sole discretion, replace the unit at no charge. Warranty claims must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period.
